BANK MANAGER - Auburn, IL

Illini Bank is currently recruiting for a Full-time Bank Manager for our Auburn Branch. This individual will be expected to manage and develop relationships with Retail, Ag and Commercial customers. Increase revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Approves loans within assigned limits, manages loan and portfolio credit quality, sources prospects and develops new customer relationships. Provides financial advice to customers and sells appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients.

Emphasis will be on sales and development of customer relationships. Success will be measured by the size and growth of the portfolio, and the quality and improvement of the portfolio. 50% of individual's time and effort is expected to perform this function. Oversees the daily functions of the Banking Center, supervises bank staff. Provides ongoing training and coaching to bank staff with regards to sales goals and product knowledge.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

• At least three years of job related experience in loans (secondary market/Fannie Mae guidelines) new accounts.

• Have a general knowledge of laws, rules and regulations that pertain to lending and deposit products.

• Proven successful sales history

• Previous management experience

Illini Bank is currently recruiting for a Full-time Bank Manager for our Sherman Branch. This individual will be expected to manage and develop relationships with retail, mortgage and commercial customers. Increase revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Provides financial advice to customers and sells appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with a minimum of three years experience.

• Proven successful sales history

• Previous management experience

• Have outstanding supervisory and interpersonal skills

• Be able to deal effectively and tactfully with customers and personnel from other Divisions and Banking Centers

JUNIOR LENDER

Illini Bank is currently recruiting for a Junior Lender to assist and mentor under the direction of the Vice President in developing and maintaining commercial banking relationships for prospective and existing customers. This position will evaluate, analyze, and interpret data regarding real property, investments and pricing. Also, will be responsible for processing loan data and credit information, analyzing and evaluating credit worthiness, and setting payment terms. Some travel required within market area.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is required. A background in business math, business law, and analytical and comparison skills is also recommended. Illini Bank offers an excellent compensation and benefit package.

PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE - Mechanicsburg, IL

Illini Bank is recruiting for a part-time Customer Service Associate for our Mechanicsburg, IL branch. Qualified candidates would be responsible for performing all paying and receiving functions, balancing the cash drawer, and assisting with opening new accounts. Qualified candidates should have outstanding customer service skills and money handling experience. Must be available to work Saturdays.
