St. Agnes School

"All of my contacts with Bank personnel have been very positive. The service is excellent. Those providing the service from administration to teller are warm and personable and eager to serve."
- Sr. M. Joan Sorge, Principal

Certified by the Springfield Diocese and the State of Illinois, St. Agnes is a Catholic Elementary school of the Northwest side of Springfield. St. Agnes serves primarily the families of St. Agnes Parish, but is open as class size permits to families of all denominations who accept its philosophy regardless of race, creed, or national origin. They are proud of their strong academic program which includes a new language program for grades 1 through 8, religion, computer, art, math, physical education, and social studies. They also have a new Science Lab for hands-on curriculum for the Junior High Students. Service is another key element of St. Agnes School. Students are actively involved in giving service to school, Parish, and community activities. Each class chooses a community project to commit prayer, time and finances too.
