Full-time Customer Service Associate - Springfield, IL

Title: Customer Service Associate (Teller) City: Springfield
State: IL
Type: Full-time, 40 hours
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience

Description: Under general supervision and direction, and in compliance with established policies and procedures, performs a broad variety of customer service transactions, including but not limited to, various cash item entries, cross-selling bank products, balance cash drawer proficiently, open new accounts, and perform other various tasks.

Qualifications: A minimum of six months of heavy cash handling experience, six months of job related experience in performing teller duties, lobby services, new accounts, or other customer related functions; and be familiar with Bank products and services. Qualified candidate must be self-motivated, flexible and an effective team player in a fast paced environment.
