Lost/Stolen Debit Card?

  • If your debit card has been lost or stolen, it is important that you report the missing card immediately.    
  • During business hours: Contact your local bank office as soon as possible or call 1-888-455-4641.  
  • After hours: Call Shazam at 1-866-508-2693 to report and block your lost or stolen debit card. Then, contact your local branch on the next business day to order a replacement card.  
  • Immediate reporting ensures potential losses will be kept to a minimum.
